Bell Avenue is a 36-unit apartment community at 1201, 1205 and 1207 East Bell Avenue in south Des Moines. The property was built in 1997, which is newer than most of what rents in this price range.

Floor plans run from one-bedroom homes of about 660 square feet to three-bedroom, two-bath homes of about 1,100 square feet, so there is room for families as well as singles and couples.

Vine renovates each home as it turns over, with exterior and common area work running alongside. Open homes at Bell Avenue are listed on our Available Homes page.
